Closely related to Ginger, Plai Essential Oil is a favorite for helping ease discomfort and support clear airways. Additionally, Plai can be stimulating and energizing while also helping to bring balance to your emotions. It has fresh, spicy, peppery middle notes that will bring an extra zing to any blend. Sometimes known as Thai Ginger, this oil is safe to use around kids, pups, and pregnant or nursing mothers.
Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 0.5-3% in a carrier.
