Palmarosa has a soft, sweet floral scent and is often diffused to freshen up and sanitize the air. It is also considered to be an excellent skin-balancing oil for all skin types, much like Neroli essential oil. It is a marvelous oil for supporting digestive health.

Palmarosa is also viewed as helpful in uplifting and steadying the emotions. Palmarosa is also a wonderful oil to consider pulling out of the oil box when seasonal illness strikes.

Diffuse Palmarosa oil during times of seasonal illness. Add a drop of Palmarosa to your favorite skin moisturizer or body lotion for skin balancing and toning action. Add 2-3 drops of Palmarosa to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage the abdomen in a clockwise motion to ease uncomfortable symptoms.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

4.0 5  In my diffuser...

In my diffuser right now. Just received my package and my daughter isn’t feeling well... the aroma by itself may not be my favorite but mixed with lemongrass... it may become a staple...

4.0 5  light floral aroma

It is difficult to describe this oil. Light floral, I like it. It took me several smells to decide. It does have a pleasant aroma. I got this to make some of the recipes in the blog.

2.0 5  Strange smell

This oil to me is just OK. The scent is very strong and out of the bottle smells like old flower water. Diffused with lavender seems to help, but a little of this is all you need.

recommend  No, I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.

5.0 5  Nice light floral scent

Nice light floral scent. I use it mainly together with other essential oils, such as Clary Sage, Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Vitex etc to create blends for balancing women's hormones.

4.0 5  Super Useful - not my favorite smell

I like this oil, but only blended with others. It's super useful for when there's sickness in my house, but it's an acquired taste as far as aromas are concerned. I'm learning to appreciate it though.

recommend  Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
