Palmarosa has a soft, sweet floral scent and is often diffused to freshen up and sanitize the air. It is also considered to be an excellent skin-balancing oil for all skin types, much like Neroli essential oil. It is a marvelous oil for supporting digestive health.

Palmarosa is also viewed as helpful in uplifting and steadying the emotions. Palmarosa is also a wonderful oil to consider pulling out of the oil box when seasonal illness strikes.
Diffuse Palmarosa oil during times of seasonal illness. Add a drop of Palmarosa to your favorite skin moisturizer or body lotion for skin balancing and toning action. Add 2-3 drops of Palmarosa to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage the abdomen in a clockwise motion to ease uncomfortable symptoms.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

3.0 5  Hoping to blend

I bought this for respiratory help should a cold strike. I haven\'t needed to use it yet, but if/when I need it I\'ll have to blend it with something else because Palmarosa does not smell good at all.

recommend  No, I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.

5.0 5  Light Floral Refresher

I use this on my desk at work. I have not had a single complaint about it being to strong or irritating. Kept it close when the office came down with a case of the sniffles and haven\'t gotten sick so far.

2.0 5  Bummed

I\'ve had this oil for a few weeks now, and I have yet to use it. By the reviews I read I had high hopes, but the scent is just bitter to me. It smells off putting, so I\'ll let it set for a while. Perhaps time in the bottle will help? But I don\'t expect to use it anytime soon.

recommend  No, I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.

I loved the smell of this as soon as I opened it. Cleaned the house up and diffused Palmarosa and my house smelled fresh and clean. My husband even liked the scent of it.
