Palmarosa has a soft, sweet floral scent and is often diffused to freshen up and sanitize the air. It is also considered to be an excellent skin-balancing oil for all skin types, much like Neroli essential oil. It is a marvelous oil for supporting digestive health.

Palmarosa is also viewed as helpful in uplifting and steadying the emotions. Palmarosa is also a wonderful oil to consider pulling out of the oil box when seasonal illness strikes.
Diffuse Palmarosa oil during times of seasonal illness. Add a drop of Palmarosa to your favorite skin moisturizer or body lotion for skin balancing and toning action. Add 2-3 drops of Palmarosa to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage the abdomen in a clockwise motion to ease uncomfortable symptoms.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

5.0 5  Miracle Odor Destroyer

Seriously! This is the best oil for getting rid of old musty smells, cooking smells, smoke smell, pet odors, etc. Just moved into a new apt and clearly the last tenant was a smoker (yuck!) - palmarosa saved the day!

5.0 5  Use for cleaning and fresh laundry

I use palmarose in my woolly laundry balls {great in place of drier sheets}. I rub this on the wool balls and let them dry. Then use them in the drier and the add a fantastic fresh, lightly floral smell to my clothes. More importantly it helps to KEEP the laundry fresh and clean, even while you are wearing the clothes on a hot, sticky day. This is a staple oil for me and I highly recommend it.

5.0 5  Great oil!

We use this oil when our little ones start to get the sniffles. It really helps with runny noses when diffused.

2.0 5  Horrible Smell

I thought I would give this a try because based on research, this oil can help with you skin but the smell is terrible. I think it smells like bad bug repellent. It may work well for your skin and digestive problems, but I can't stand the smell to find out.

recommend  No, I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.
