Myrrh is familiar to many as it is one of the traditional resinous gifts mentioned in the Bible. Its amber scent creates a warm, calming environment. Myrrh is often used during meditation to create a relaxing and uplifting atmosphere
When diffused, Myrrh can help relieve nervous tension and bring about feelings of strength. Myrrh is also wonderful for helping mature skin issues such as redness and reducing the appearance of wrinkles and scars when added to a carrier oil or lotion. Also, in an oral blend, a myrrh gargle or mouth rinse can help support gum health.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

5.0 5  Good for daily oil pulling!

I have purchased this twice now for adding to my daily morning oil pull (2 drops). Only "complaint" is that it gets sticky around the bottle threads after some time, making it hard to close and open the cap. I've started wiping any residue off with a damp paper towel and letting it dry before capping, that seems to help.

recommend  Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

5.0 5  The 3 Wise Men

Now I know why the gifts of the Maji included Frankincense and Myrrh. This oil has a wonderful aroma that I had to try immediately in my diffuser along with some Frankincense, even though Xmas is 1/2 a year away. The two work beautifully together and with other oils.
