Myrrh is familiar to many as one of the traditional resinous gifts mentioned in the Bible. Its amber scent creates a warm, calming environment. Myrrh is often used during meditation to create a relaxing and uplifting atmosphere. When diffused, Myrrh can help relieve nervous tension and bring about feelings of strength. It is also wonderful for helping mature skin issues such as redness and reducing the appearance of wrinkles and scars when added to a carrier oil or lotion. In an oral blend, a Myrrh gargle or mouth rinse can help support gum health.
To ease worry and tension, add 4 drops of Palo Santo, 2 drops of Frankincense Carteri, 2 drops of Myrrh, 1 drop of Mandarin, and 1 drop of Neroli to your diffuser or personal inhaler. This synergy will help ease your troubled thoughts, leaving you feeling uplifted and calm.

3.0 5  Myrrh

I\'m brand new to essential oils. I purchased Myrrh for thyroid healing and I just started using it. Hopefully, it will be very beneficial. The aroma was not at all what I expected. It has a very unpleasant smell which is challenging as I apply it to my neck.

I am impressed with this oil! I had a good size gash on my toe and it was healed up in a couple days because I used Myrrh and coconut oil. I love it! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

5.0 5  Interesting smell, skin healing

This has an interesting smell, like that of the inside of a cave. I am excited about the skin healing properties. I\'ve just added it to a roll-on that I made for scars.
