This Melissa essential oil is the real thing! We have been searching for months to find the purest and highest quality Melissa essential oil and we found it! Because Melissa is so sought after, a lot of Melissa essential oil on the market is not even Melissa oil. It is often a mix of Lemongrass and Citronella. Well, not this Melissa! The second you open this bottle of Melissa, you will know why we fell in love.
One of the most sought after essential oils, Melissa essential oil, is believed to calm extreme worry, and be uplifting for severe gloom. Extremely useful in dealing with emotions caused from traumatic events, Melissa oil is also very helpful in the cases of many different types of sicknesses.
To help calm and uplift the spirit, use Melissa in a personal inhaler. For an upset tummy, dilute Melissa and rub gently over the abdomen in a clockwise direction. We recommend a maximum dilution of 1% for topical applications.

I had never used Melissa before I recently purchased it from Plant Therapy. I really like it. I am prone to panic attacks, and just sniffing Melissa for a few seconds is very tranquilizing and calming. Using Melissa has helped prevent and deal with the after affects of having panic attacks. You do not need a lot of it which will stretch your supply. If you use too much Melissa or diffuse it for too long, it will withdraw maybe too much body mucous (dries your body out) and relaxes your muscles a bit too much. Enjoy it in small doses when you need it. It is so helpful for those with anxiety disorders like PTSD as well as for daily anxiety. The best thing about it? You have feelings of joy and peace, and your heart begins to sing again! So uplifting!
