Lemon Myrtle Essential Oil Product Sheet

Lemon Myrtle Essential Oil originates from Australia and is extracted using steam distillation. This incredible essential oil has a sweet, lemony scent that is vibrant and uplifting to the senses.

It can give you that boost of energy that you need. Lemon Myrtle can help support a healthy immune and respiratory system, ward off seasonal threats, and help you breathe easier during times of congestion.

The wonderful aroma can help deodorize a stale room, or add to your favorite household cleaners for a fresh, lemony scent that will brighten any day!
For an energy boost add 3 drops each of Lemon Myrtle, Rosemary 1,8-Cineole Essential Oil, and Peppermint to your Plant Therapy AromaFuse Difuser first thing in the morning to start your day or in the afternoon for a pick me-up. You can also add the same blend to a personal aromatherapy inhaler for an energy boost on the go.

Use Lemon Myrtle in a steam blend to ward off seasonal threats or to clear up congestion. Place 2 drops of Lemon Myrtle in a large bowl of water that is just too hot for skin contact (not boiling) and inhale for 5 minutes. This method is not safe for small children. Alternatively, mix at a 0.5% dilution in a carrier oil or balm and use as a chest rub to help promote clear breathing and break up congestion.

5.0 5  Smells like lemongrass

Love the smell just like lemongrass with a touch of spice. I'm not a fan of lemongrass smells but Plant therapys lemongrass and lemon myrtle I Love. Probably because it's not fake scented. I use this with black pepper and it's pretty interesting. Also tried lemon, grapefruit, and May Chang. Very uplifting and wakes you up. SERIOUSLY WAKES YOU UP.
