SDS Report

Ledum is a low-growing evergreen shrub often found throughout Canada, Alaska, and many northern U.S. states. It goes by many other names, including Labrador Tea, Greenland Moss, Swamp Tea, and Marsh Tea. Several native North American tribes traditionally used Ledum to support a variety of respiratory, skin, and pain concerns. Today, these traditional uses remain associated with this plant due to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Emotionally, its calming properties help to ease feelings of nervousness and aid in relaxation before sleep.
Aromatic – Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical – Dilute with carrier oil or lotion to 1-3%.
