Kumquat Product Sheet

Kumquat Essential Oil is cold pressed from the fruit peel of the Kumquat. The Kumquat plant is native to South Asia and the Asia Pacific region and means “golden orange” in the English language. It is very similar to Orange Sweet Essential Oil, but with a much richer orange scent.

Kumquat Essential Oil is high in Limonene, which gives the oil its fresh, citrusy aroma and uplifting abilities. Kumquat is known to brighten the senses, boost household cleaning products, and support a healthy immune system. The wonderful aroma can help freshen a stale room and create a positive atmosphere. This scent is very energizing and can help give you the boost you need to get going in the morning or afternoon. Kumquat Essential Oil is an exotic must have that is a great asset to any oil collection.

Add a few drops to your aromatherapy diffuser to freshen a stale room and create an uplifting atmosphere. Add to a personal inhaler and inhale for a pick me up in the morning or afternoon. For topical use, dilute using 2-3% with your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil.

5.0 5  New citrus favorite!

I have been using essential oils in my practice and at home for many years. This is the first time I have ordered and used Kumquat! It smells wonderful. SO sweet, and light and fresh. I have always loved the citrus oils... and tangerine used to be my favorite, not any more.....!

5.0 5  Smells like freshly peeled oranges

After reading the reviews on this oil I thought I would give it a try even though I have the other citrusy oils in my collection. The smell lasts for hours. My friend came to visit and she could smell the aroma outside and fell in love with it. It's very uplifting and gives a since of energy as well as positive feelings. I would recommend this oil high on my favorite list.

5.0 5  Where has this been all my EO life!

I have tried a lot of different citrus oils including many orange scents but none smell quite as pleasant as Kumquat. It instantly reminded me of orange creamsicle. I started diffusing it with a few drop of Vanilla Oleoresin and it not only smells divine, but is also very relaxing/calming. I tried it with Tangerine when I ran out and it is simply not the same!
