Citrusy Sweet, Crisp and Warm
Nothing enlivens the holiday spirit quite like holly berries. With the prickly green leaves and vibrant red berries, decorating with the holly plant is one of the oldest wintertime traditions.
The citrusy sweetness Orange Blood, the crispness of Douglas Fir and Eucalyptus Dives, and the warm muskiness of Patchouli creates the aroma of Christmas stockings filled with oranges next to the tree adorned with berries.
Diffuse Holly Berries in your favorite aromatherapy diffuser to enjoy this refreshing classic holiday blend throughout your home. You can also make a spray by blending 10 drops of Holly Berries to 2 oz witch hazel or vodka to add the scent to your favorite potpourri. Add to your favorite DIY projects, such as soaps, candles, or sprays to make the perfect gifts for your family and friends. For topical application dilute to 1-2%.
To create a Holly Berries body butter, first warm 2 oz of Sunflower Carrier Oil (or carrier oil of your choice) in the microwave for 30-45 seconds until warm. Add 2 oz of room temperature Shea Butter Refined with 30-35 drops of Holly Berries. Whip with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, then scoop into a glass jar and cap tightly.
