Cautions:

We recommend a maximum dilution of 1% for topical applications.

Traditionally used for its warming action, Ginger Root CO2 aids digestion, stimulates blood flow and helps relieve a queasy stomach and menstrual discomfort. When added to a carrier oil or lotion, it helps joint and muscle aches associated with the wear and tear of normal aging.
Add 1 drops Ginger Root CO2 and 2 drops Coriander to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and 1⁄2 cup Epsom salts; run into a warm bath to help stimulate circulation and give a mental “boost.” Use in a 0.5 - 1% dilution for topical use, the C02 ginger we offer needs further dilution than steam distilled ginger.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Bottles are filled by volume. Some bottle sizes may not be filled to the top, but do contain the volume of oil specified.

5.0 5  Good for Nausea

I bought this one to help combat feelings of nausea, mainly around that time of month. I haven't had a chance to use it for that yet, but I'm excited to give it a try! Otherwise, I'm very happy with the scent!

5.0 5  Dilute Dilute DIlute

I LOVE this oil. This is an amazing oil for medicinal properties but make sure you follow the directions that plant therapy put out for this so that you dont in a sense burn your skin. I made the mistake recently of putting too many drops into my epsom salt and not letting the drops soak into the salt long enough before putting the salt in my bath. My skin got so irritated and had a burning effect. I had to get out and put more carrier oil all over my skin. Works well though for helping pain and for breathing issues!

Purchased this to use in a blend to help fight motion sickness. Going to make the blend as the PT blog recommends. I will be using it in a personal inhaler on long car trips. Looking forward to finding other uses for this oil as well.
