Cautions:

We recommend a maximum dilution of 1% for topical applications.

Traditionally used for its warming action, Ginger Root CO2 aids digestion, stimulates blood flow and helps relieve a queasy stomach and menstrual discomfort. When added to a carrier oil or lotion, it helps joint and muscle aches associated with the wear and tear of normal aging.
Add 1 drops Ginger Root CO2 and 2 drops Coriander to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and 1⁄2 cup Epsom salts; run into a warm bath to help stimulate circulation and give a mental “boost.” Use in a 0.5 - 1% dilution for topical use, the C02 ginger we offer needs further dilution than steam distilled ginger.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

5.0 5  Top Quality Oil

I'm very pleased with this oil. It smells like fresh ginger. As others have said, it is great for stomach aches when diluted and rubbed on the tummy.

recommend  Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

5.0 5  Warm and comforting

I purchase this oil primarily for its health enhancing and promoting qualities rather than the smell. I mixed it with frankincense oil and peppermint oil for a soothing and comforting tummy or muscle rub/massage. However, Plant Therapy has done a good job too with the smell too - it was a fresh (not a flat or dull like old ginger smells if you now what I mean) ginger-spicy aroma that greeted me when I first opened the bottle. I recently also found some interesting perfume recipes online with ginger as a base note... very interesting indeed!

3.0 5  It's ok

This oil did not smell like ginger straight from the bottle. It's more of a vinegar scent. I am hoping if I diffuse it the scent will get better.

3.0 5  Unsure Just Yet

I love the smell of this oil, but when I diffused it, it made us cough and choke. Im not if I just used too much, so will keep experimenting.
