Frankincense Serrata essential oil, also known as Olibanum, is steam distilled from the gum resin of a tree that grows in North Africa and the Arabian peninsula. It has been used for thousands of years by native peoples as an incense, medicine, and in cosmetics.
For a blend that will help promote clear breathing, add 3 drops Frankincense Serrata, 2 drops Eucalyptus Globulus, 1 drop Rosemary, and 1 drop Spruce or Fir Needle in the diffuser. Frankincense Serrata is highly prized as a meditative, mind-clearing oil, so for a supportive blend add 4 drops Frankincense Serrata, 3 drops Sandalwood, and 1 drop of Cedarwood, Cypress, or Patchouli to a diffuser.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

My constant companion

It helps with all my mystery miseries (different kinds of physical pain and discomfort) when applied topically. My favorite carrier is moringga oil + grapeseed oil. The scent is very calming. The y skin areas where I apply the most (forehead, temples, neck, wrist, etc) looks better, too.

Very pleased

I've been using this with a few other oils on my shoulder and it meshes well. Not sure if it is doing anything for my sprained AC joint but I'm hopeful!

My go-to oil

I really like this frankincense serrata. It's a great price and very effective as both an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. It smells a little better than most frankincense oils with has a little licorice on the finish.

I couldn't believe it!!

This is amazing stuff! 3 months after I had my daughter we had an invasion of brown recluse spiders. I had never been bitten by one so the first one I had I ended in the hospital after almost passing out. They cut it open and drained it and all was well. I thought it was a one time thing. A month afterward I was bitten again on the back of my leg. The bite got to the point I was going to have to go to the hospital again so out of pure luck I was like ok let's try this it was in the bible and sure enough the bite stopped hurting. Putting it on the bite a few times and the swelling went down within 24 hours the bite healed right up. Before I finally was able to get rid of the spiders, went through 101 ways and finally found something that worked, I was bit 14 times and only the first time I had to go to the hospital. My bf got bit once and it cured it and my daughter never did thankfully. This stuff is amazing and I will never be without it.

Delightful!

The scent is somewhat different than frankincense carterii, but in a great way. I love it blended with myrrh
