Cautions:

None known.

The uplifting forest-fresh scent of Fir Needle is a wonderful respiratory support oil. Fir needle helps ease congested breathing associated with seasonal illness and seasonal pollen threats. It is gentle enough to use with children.
Place one drop of fir needle in a very warm (not boiling!) bowl of water. Gently position your head over the bowl and cover with a towel for no more than 5 minutes, keeping eyes closed. Relax and let the fir needle aroma penetrate down into your lungs. Be cautious not to use this technique with small children, and take care to avoid burning yourself with the warm water.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

This is absolutely my favorite essential oil. I\'ve switched from lavender to drops of Fir Needle on my pillow. It\'s so worth waking up in the middle of the night just to be transported to a magical forest with one whiff of Fir Needle.

5.0 5  Just like a Christmas Tree

I love this oil! I opened it and t smelled exactly like a Christmas tree to me. I have used it in many blends now and it is perfect. One of my favorite things to make with it is a chest rub for my 2 year old for when he has a cough and congestion. This helps tremendously!
