The uplifting forest-fresh scent of Fir Needle is a wonderful respiratory support oil. Fir needle helps ease congested breathing associated with seasonal illness and seasonal pollen threats. It is gentle enough to use with children.
Place one drop of fir needle in a very warm (not boiling!) bowl of water. Gently position your head over the bowl and cover with a towel for no more than 5 minutes, keeping eyes closed. Relax and let the fir needle aroma penetrate down into your lungs. Be cautious not to use this technique with small children, and take care to avoid burning yourself with the warm water.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

5.0 5  Christmas tree forest

I already owned Spruce Black so when I read the review about mixing Fir Needle with it to get the smell of a Christmas tree, I had to have it. Thank you to that reviewer for contacting PT for the blend and then sharing it in your review. Now I can escape to the forest anytime I want. We have an artificial tree so I will be diffusing this blend regularly during Christmas for sure.

5.0 5  Fresh pine scent

Fir needle smells exactly like pine needles. I mix it with Rosalina and lemon for sinus congestion - this combo smells amazing too.

5.0 5  Woodsy smell.

So I can’t write a review based on any topical appliance or diy project because I didn’t buy this oil for such. I mostly got it because I missed the woodsy smell in particular and can’t seem to find that smell where I live. So I diffuse this oil in my living room and it truly does uplift my spirit. I’ve always loved fresh meadow, grass, tree scent since I was little. So this oil just helped me by taking me back to my childhood and bring inner peace with just breathing it in while diffusing it. Thank you so much PT.

5.0 5  Best pine scent

I wish I had gotten this oil sooner. It is a lovely scent for the holidays but also wonderful for my congestion as allergy season starts. If you like pine forest scent this is the only oil you'll need.
