Very Informative

I'm fairly new to EOs and found this book to be very useful. It gives a good breakdown of how to use the EOs (Ex: how to make lotion, spray, face mask, lots of others stuff, you name it). It tells you how many drops to use, but does not give any recipes. If you are having a specific problem, it lists all the EOs that are good for that problem and how to use it. There is an extensive list of ailments, broken down from physical to emotional, everything from A-Z. The description of this book on the website it very accurate. It does not give specific recipes, but gives you enough information to make your own. I would recommend this book to anyone!!

500 Formulas For Aromatherapy

I was not really pleased with this book. I was expecting it to have recipes for the issues that I deal with personally...like anxiety, physical ailments and loss of a loved one. Maybe I should have chosen a different book that Plant Therapy has...maybe Essential Aromatherapy or The complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy...yes ...perhaps this one would support my needs best. There were some great recipes for house hold uses but not what I was expecting.
