How to Use

Aromatic: Diffuse using 1-2 drops per 100 mL of water.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 0.1% in a carrier.

This essential oil can be a potential skin irritant if too much is applied topically. To use safely, a 0.1% dilution in a carrier oil is recommended, which is approximately one drop per ounce of carrier oil. "I am very happy with Plant Therapy Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil. I also ordered their Tangerine, Atlas Cedarwood, Clove Bud, and Lavender essential oils. I was also pleased that the drop dispensing cap under the lid allows for more precise drop counts, as some drop caps leave oil dripping out so quickly and messy that you end up using more drops than you want, and oil all over the bottle and your hands, leaving a mess and a waste. I was also glad to find the 30 ml bottles, which means I don't need to order as frequently with all of the additional shipping costs. And, last but certainly not least, I think they come at a great price, compared to the difference in expense from other companies and suppliers, with the same level of quality.
