Coriander is a fragrant, exotic oil that has been used for thousands of years in Asian countries. Coriander can stimulate the appetite and is excellent in relieving occasional digestive upset. It helps elevate mood, calms frazzled nerves, helps with mental focus and aids in relaxation before sleep. Coriander oil is safe to use on congested or blemished skin.
To help reduce tension, add 3 drops coriander and 3 drops sweet orange to ½ cup Epsom salt. Add this mix to 1 ounce milk or 1 teaspoon carrier oil, and run under warm water for a fragrant, relaxing bath.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

I absolutely love coriander and its clean and fresh smell. It's one of my favorites for blending or diffusing. And I love the large 30ml bottle that Plant Therapy sells. I can't get enough!

This is a great oil if you like a woody, slightly cilantro, fresh smell. I enjoy mixing with frankincense. I also I add a few drops coriander and a few drops mandarin to my sons bath with Epsom salt and baking soda, it helps relax him and get ready for bed! Blend coriander, frank, and lavendar with a carrrier oil and rub on husbands feet after a long day at work- we love it!
