Cinnamon Cassia is steam distilled from the bark of the Chinese Cinnamon tree to create a 100% pure essential oil that has absolutely no additives or fillers. This strong, scented oil is very warm and spicy like its relative cinnamon. That wonderful aroma that is familiar in the spice world, is a favorite to create seasonal blends that bring the Holidays indoors. This powerful oil can be used in a warming massage blend, but only very little is needed. Using a toothpick, you can dip the end into the orifice reducer and then swirl into your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil for topical use. We recommend a maximum dilution of 0.05% for topical applications. This can cause skin irritation so use on a small patch of skin before applying in larger areas.
In healthy adults with intact skin who wish to use cassia as part of a warming blend, dip a toothpick into the bottle through the orifice reducer and then remove, swirling the toothpick in 1 ounce of carrier oil; this is all that is needed for a safe dilution; add 3 drops of sweet orange and 2 drops of black pepper or coriander essential oils to complete the blend.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Bottles are filled by volume. Some bottle sizes may not be filled to the top, but do contain the volume of oil specified.

I got headache after smelling that

4.0 5  Works for lowering blood sugar

I purchased this product since I heard cinnamon helps lower sugar levels In diabetics. A little sceptical at first but it truly does work. When I diffuse the cinnamon on the weekends, we've noticed my husbands readings are decreased 50 or more compared to his readings during the week when I do not use the diffuser. The smell is overpowering but it's worth it!
