Catnip, a member of the mint family, is most famous as a treat for cats to play with, but it also has a long history of traditional herbal use. Keep your outdoor space free of annoyances with Catnip. To support a restful night's sleep, catnip can be diffused to promote a relaxing atmosphere.
To ease occasional muscular head tension, add a small amount of Catnip essential oil to a carrier oil and apply to affected area. Add equal parts Catnip and Citronella to water or witch hazel to make a spray for an all-natural aid against outdoor annoyances.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.
