I have an ongoing battle with yeast infections, and I find this blend to help significantly. Per the instructions, I emailed Plant Therapy after purchasing and received a prompt response with useful instructions. However, I found two alternative methods to be most helpful for me personally. I use this in my homemade version of "personal wipes", rather than tea tree or other more common EOs, and I use them every day. When I feel a flare up coming on, I mix it with a carrier oil and put it in a warm bath. This almost always does the trick.

This essential oil works great for what I needed it for. Highly recommend for women with skin yeast infection.

I just have to leave a testimonial about this product. I have a skin condition called Tinea Versicolor. It is an overgrowth of a yeast that is naturally present in the skin. It results in red, rashy, sometimes scaly spots/blotches. These flare ups typically occur on my arms, back, torso and groin. There is a mild itch, and it is very unsightly. Not to mention many refuse to believe it is not contagious. Treatment in the past has been slow, and depending on the method, smelly. I decided to give CandEase synergy a try. I diluted this blend at 2% in organic unrefined expressed coconut oil. I applied it directly to the affected areas on my skin and rinsed off in a warm shower after 30 mins. Then massaged a small amount on my abdomen afterwards. I am AMAZED! In only 3 days, all physical symptoms of this outbreak are almost completely relieved! This result has taken weeks when using other methods. Thank you so much, Plant Therapy, for your premium quality products and commitment to better health through these wonderful oils.

There is a directions tab on every listing that shows how to use. It says dilute with carrier oil and rub on abdomen :)

Not an opinion. Just a simple question. Why are there no instructions on use included with every order? How do we use this Candida Synergy Blend?
