The warm, mild aroma of Black Pepper will remind you of freshly ground peppercorns combined with a soft floral scent. While you may not desire to diffuse it by itself, it can spice up your favorite diffuser blend. Black Pepper is an excellent choice to help in reducing occasional discomfort after exercise or easing achy joints that are associated with normal aging or wear and tear.
Add Black Pepper to a carrier oil and and gently massage into the affected area.

Black Pepper can also be helpful for occasional digestive issues such as queasiness, bloating, and discomfort.

Dilute in a carrier oil at 3-5%.

5.0 5  Great for pain relief

I use black pepper in apain relief that I make and it is a great addition. It is great for sore muscles and pain. My MIL has arthritis in her knees and I used PT\'s black pepper along with some other essential oils, butters and carrier oils and it came out wonderful for the salve I made for her. It really does have a light peppery scent, but it is not overwhelming.

5.0 5  Smells like freshly cracked pepper!

I\'m looking all the time for new ways to use this oil! I have mixed it in a blend for my arthritic knees along with copaiba and wintergreen. The nicest surprise has been the addition of just a few drops to some of my favorite diffusion blends. It\'s not overpowering at all and adds a bit of ZIP to the diffusion of citrus oils. Very nice.

4.0 5  Good for pain

This is not an oil that I prefer for scent, but it adds extra power to any pain blend! Definitely one to keep on hand!
