The warm, mild aroma of Black Pepper will remind you of freshly ground peppercorns combined with a soft floral scent. While you may not desire to diffuse it by itself, it can spice up your favorite diffuser blend. Black Pepper is an excellent choice to help in reducing occasional discomfort after exercise or easing achy joints that are associated with normal aging or wear and tear.
Add Black Pepper to a carrier oil and and gently massage into the affected area.

Black Pepper can also be helpful for occasional digestive issues such as queasiness, bloating, and discomfort.

5.0 5  Unexpected surprise!

I won’t lie, I only bought this out of curiosity for the scent. When I read that it could be used as a pain reliever, I mixed it with lotion and used it on my neck in place of icy hot. And it worked! So happy to find something that smells good and helps my pain!

5.0 5  Spicy Pepper

I have been reading about Black Pepper to add to pain blends (copaiba, possibly marjoram) and adding the black pepper seems to make this a bit more effective. While I can't tell for sure, it does seem to relieve local pain (feet) and has a mild, but spicy smell, like the first whiff of a pepper grinder. I appreciate that its kid safe, tho I don't have kids but have a dog (I am not using on the dog) but want to make sure I don't use things that could be harmful if he is nearby.

5.0 5  Great scent

I mix this with turmeric for a sore muscle/aches & pain blend. I mainly use it for myself since I have chronic back pain, but I like that they're both kid safe...I used it on my daughter when she sprained her ankle. She liked it and said it helped.
