Bergamot Product Template Sheet

Bergamot is a favorite amongst essential oil users for its aroma and therapeutic properties. Its scent is citrusy with a hint of floral making it unique and vibrant. This wonderful aroma is known for its ability to help boost the mind and ease your worries, especially during times of sadness and grief.

Bergamot is gentle for skin care and can help tackle teenage skin problems and oily skin. It is also a favorite to add to massage blends to help reduce muscle tension and give relief from tightness caused by overexertion or achy muscles. Plant Therapy's Bergamot is bergaptine free, which means it is safe for use in the sun.

In your favorite aromatherapy diffuser, personal inhaler, or diffuser locket, combine equal parts of Bergamot, Patchouli, and Grapefruit Pink for an aroma that is amazing and relaxing.

Add 2 drops of Bergamot with 2 teaspoons of your favorite Plant Therapy Carrier Oil to create a massaging blend; apply topically to the muscle area that are tight and tender.

For topical application dilute to 1% for the face and 2-5% for body.

The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

This is probably my all-time favorite oil. I LOVE the way it smells. I suffer from anxiety and stress quite a bit, and this oil really helps. It\'s uplifting enough to use during the day, but also has a calming effect that helps me fall asleep at night. I diffuse it ALL THE TIME. Love it! I am obsessed.

This is my new FAVORITE OIL! I've always been a fan of citrus oils, but this oil is very different. It smells like sweet citrus, with a hint of floral and spice. Its uplifting, and yet relaxing at the same time. I won't be without this oil now!

This is probably the once scent that I diffuse almost daily! It is awesome when paired with peppermint or eucalyptus which makes a great way to start the day!
