Not what I was expecting

I expected a book that had recipes for grief, anxiety, sleeplessness, and physical ailments. Upon opening the table of contents I found recipes for air fresheners, candles, carpet fresheners, deodorants, and potpourri. These things are still useful, just not what I was expecting, and there are many others I did not name. There are recipes to benefit pms, stress relief, or aching muscles under a few categories, but overall it just seems to be a book of blends that smell nice.
