Get free shipping and returns for all U.S. retail customers! Estimated delivery 2-5 business days.* If you need faster shipping, select one of the options at checkout to get your quote. You can change your shipping method during checkout and payment will not be processed until you submit your order.

  • Two Day Delivery Cost will be quoted at checkout. Estimated delivery 2 business days.
  • Three Day Delivery Cost will be quoted at checkout. Estimated delivery 3 business days.
  • Standard Overnight Cost will be quoted at checkout. Estimated delivery 1 business day.

* PLEASE NOTE: Our daily shipping cutoff time is 12:00 PM MST. If you order after 12:00 PM MST, your order may be shipped the following business day. Estimated delivery time frames are based on business days and do not include weekends. Please choose your shipping method carefully during checkout to ensure that your order arrives by the date you need it.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! The estimated international shipping time is 7-21 business days. To see our very affordable shipping rates add your items to your shopping cart, enter your shipping address, and proceed to shipping. 

As you proceed through checkout, it will give you a shipping quote. Payment will not be processed until you submit your order.

  • Canada All shipments are shipped Duties, Customs, & Taxes paid.
  • United Kingdom All shipments are shipped Duties, Customs, & Taxes paid.
  • Brazil unfortunately we have suspended future shipments to Brazil, at this time.
  • Russia we have suspended shipments to Russia.

Bulk Shipping Policy

Typically ships within 4 days. Please note there may be an extra carrier fee charge for bulk items. If applicable, this fee will be automatically applied at checkout.

Bulk Return Policy

Please note that Bulk orders are not eligible for additional promotions and can not be combined with other discounts. Please note that Bulk orders are not eligible for returns, replacements, exchanges or refunds. If for any reason you feel that there is a quality issue with your bulk oil then please notify the wholesale team within 10 days of delivery and send a small sample back for testing. 
Non-defective or damaged approved bulk returns will have a 20% restocking fee applied

Wholesale Return Policy

Please note that your return will need to be approved by the wholesale team and that there will be a 20% Return and Restocking fee that will apply to your return . As this is for a wholesale account you are required to pay for shipping the product back to us. This policy is in your wholesale agreement section 8 under Rejections: Returns. We will need to be notified within 10 days of the delivery date regarding any defectives/broken products. When returning the product please list your name, email address, and order number in the return.

Professional Return Policy
