How to Use

Each essential oil can be diffused or used with an aromatherapy inhaler. For topical application, please follow the dilution recommendation located on each bottle.

Here are a few ideas to get you started:

Diffuse Lavender about a half hour before going to bed to create a calm, relaxing environment.

Add equal parts Lemon and Rosemary to your diffuser for an extra boost in the morning.

Enjoy Lemon's stimulating and bright qualities by adding to your shampoo or body wash. Great for cleaning, try a few drops in your favorite cleaner to add a boost of all-natural fragrance.

Mix a few drops of Peppermint with a scoop of Epsom salt and dissolve in warm water for a refreshing foot soak.
